ESMCore rework

The GUI Controllers should communicate with the ESMCore through a common interface. The Core should contain the main functions in the game, like Database, GameSession, GameState, the low-level logic of the program.

GUIControllers should notify the Core whenever they need some resource, but should not get the Core directly.
