@stylistic/multiline-comment-style: shouldn't the eslint rule be turned off in @stylistic/disable-legacy?

Describe the bug

The title says it all, @stylistic/multiline-comment-style appears to replace the original eslint rule, so the eslint rule should be disabled in @stylistic/disable-legacy.

Reproduction

No repro needed, obviously it's not turned off in dist/configs.js
