Integrate testbench for skeleton, sequential and linear

In the archive there is a file for skeleton_testbench and another one for sequential testbench. The sequential testbench works also with the linear layer. When integrating let me know to check with you, how we can make the input values for the skeleton/sequential/linear adaptable.
