Remove "userscalable=no" from the meta tags to allow zooming.

is this going to be a mobile-browser tool?

I can only think there are some mobile browsers who listen to user-scalable, and it's not the main ones on android or iphones, but maybe UC browser...

Not quite sure how you can run Chrome extensions on mobile, but I know Firefox does it. So.. kinda?
