In order to understand our users scenarios, as a EDS team member, I need to collect information about their equipment and physical context

Current context:
Currently we don't have clue about our DWF users, which are around 11.000. We don't know in which context they access to our products, neither what are their DWF requirements for clothing, equipment and devices. To collect this information is crucial for EDS team members to be able to make decisions about our work and improve the accessibility to our products.

General objective:
EDS team members have a complete comprehension of the context on how offshore users access to our digital products covering clothing, equipment, type of devices and the most common contextual physical characteristics (luminosity, indoor/outdoor, weather, etc).

Specific objectives:

• To build a unique and wide scope perspective about our users which allows to make better informed decisions for EDS.
• To give valuable feedback and well informed decisions to support teams on specific projects.

Outcome:
Considering two stages for the research, the first one should cover everything related to equipment, devices and the accessories for it, and in a second stage this should cover a research to understand their physical space and the conditions from where they access to the products.

These are the tasks for the first stage:

• Initiate a process to request the equipment to DWF workers. #3435
• Understand how users set up their devices to be aligned with the requirements needed. #3438
• Understand what is the entire amount of clothing, and accessories that is required for DWF #3436
• Have access to the equipment in order to test our products. #3437
