integration test workflow needs a resource sweeper

SUMMARY

The integration test workflow can sometimes leave resources (projects, devices, etc.) behind. We should add a sweeper that runs after the integration tests finish and deletes any projects/infrastructure/etc. that matches the ansible-integration-* naming convention. This may be a good opportunity to use equinix-labs/metal-sweeper-action
