Hello,
I am trying to install on Windows machine to port my existing Visuino support for Raspberry Pi from the https://github.com/me-no-dev/RasPiArduino to this repository, as I believe it is a better choice.
I am having trouble figuring out how to install the library in my Windows system under the:
C:\Users\mitov\AppData\Local\Arduino15\packages

Is there a tutorial or something somewhere?
