When I'm broadcasting an image/chart/presentation or whatever on student screens (thanks to screen broadcasting with epoptes) the screen requires a student to move the mouse to keep the screen active. Removing screen timeout can be achieved by putting the following in lts.conf:
X_BLANKING=0
But, it would be more user friendly to have that option in epoptes (as per alkisg suggestion).
