Modeling infectious diseases with epidemiological models

The epispot organization

We work to create epidemiological models for the analysis of infectious diseases. Some of our projects include:

  • epispot
    • Python package implementing compartmental models for the analysis of infectious diseases.
  • EpiJS
    • Javascript frontend for running epispot models and simulations.

Response to COVID-19

Our latest project, covid-notebook, is a web dashboard aimed at making Coronavirus data and predictions in the United States more accessible. Check out the repository to learn more and contribute!
