Decoder quit prematurely, Help with .ape and .tta audio conversion

I have these CD rips of Japanese soundtracks. The files were encoded into CDImage.cue, CDImage-tag.cue, and CDImage.ape files. At least one of the CD's have a TITLE.tta audio file instead of a .ape file though.

Not sure why, but when I try to convert the files into individual .flac tracks the program fails. Some of the CD's seem to convert okay, but many don't. The first CD has four tracks. It converts the first three tracks to .flac files okay, but then hits me with an error saying the "decoder quit prematurely." The last track doesn't get converted.
