It could be cool if it was possible to use https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel-watcher to work on this project.

This currently appears to be broken; see bazelbuild/bazel-watcher#641.

ibazel run //cli:enola -- server --model file:(pwd)/docs/use/library/model.yaml --httpPort=8080 would be cool (but NOK)
