metrics endpoint always shows DOWN #216

I have deployed node-cert-exporter-x509-certificate-exporter and everything got installed successfully but [serviceMonitor/node-cert-exporter/node-cert-exporter-x509-certificate-exporter/0 (0/1 up) always shows down. I have tried to reach metrics endpoint and its timingout.

Its working in all other cluster except this cluster. This is a huge cluster and has quite a bit of certs.
Any suggestions?
