Cannot deploy Helm charts as Chart.yaml versions are "0.0.0"

Hi - is there a reason for the versions in Chart.yaml to be "0.0.0"?

ArgoCD refuses to deploy Charts with invalid semantic versioning (SemVer).

It also makes it difficult to do upgrades.

While I can clone the charts and make changes directly, it would be much better if correct versions with defined in the Chart.yaml already.

Those versions should be incremented each time you make changes.

Would it be possible to fine SemVer in the versions?
