[Feature request] - Support parsing and thereby alerting on CRL/DER data

As part of running over own CA and supporting CRL. We are generating CRL files for leaf certificates as well as the intermediary/sub-ordinate of the CA. As the intermediary CRL can max be 1 year according to the latest requirements ( see: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-security-cert-verification#known-revocation-checking-behavior-differences-on-windows ) and the CRL data for the sub-ordinate cannot be auto-generated. We need to renew the CRL file accordingly. It would be great to be able to be alerted on this so that we can act in due time and so forth.
