Implement a draw_leaderboard() function

We need a separate draw method for leaderboards.

We need to figure out if this function will be specific for Steamworks extension or if we can generalize it to be for general purposes. However, if it's specific for Steamworks extension, a perfect place for it will be the extension itself.

To work on this, do I need to install Steamworks SDK and also there is an array for leaderboards(leaderboards_array) in the leaderboards.cpp file, so do we have to create the leaderboard for the last entry? Also, if anything how to get started with this issue
