Unexpected error when 36 or more characters are entered in the location name field

When trying to save a location with a location name of 36 or more characters, the action fails and a page with the text "An unexpected error occurred. A team of untrained monkeys has been dispatched to fix it." is displayed. I was able to reproduce the error multiple times.
