Website: the tutorial link opens a mostly blank page with broken links

To reproduce:

1. Visit http://endpointsjs.com/tutorial
2. Click "Step 0" (goes to http://endpointsjs.com/tutorial/step-0)
3. Expected: some tutorial. Actual: The following image

The "Back" and "Next" links point to http://endpointsjs.com/tutorial/NaN

If you click any of the nav links on that page, eg: "Hello Express", you end up at a functioning page: http://endpointsjs.com/tutorial/0

I just noticed this today, same thing.
