Network panel need PPPoE/DSL support.

is there a way to toggle it simply via cli?
this is the first time i've heard of it, no clue what it does, and online resources seem to show that this requires a lot of setup

Of course there are many other ways to change network settings, I just think if I can control it in the panel will be convenient.
