Seems that files that are nested more than two folders deep trigger a strange error in the console:
Error while processing route: show Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON SyntaxError: Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON
