[Feature] Add pages.yml functionality so that you can customise the titles of pages in table of contents #50

This issue is to essentially copy the functionality from https://github.com/empress/guidemaker and implement the ability to have pages.yml that influence the main Table of Contents

This implementation should work slightly different from guidemaker because we still would like the ability to have automatic folders, e.g. the components folder should just be automatic. This could be achieved by adding a parameter to the yaml like auto: true or something

This should be an optional feature so that it doesn't need to be used by everyone, but if you added a pages.yml it would change the behaviour
