Could you please let me know how to we exclude few checks from this report...

Say I want to exclude leftovers or want to get a report of only PV's..

Please let me know how we do that

There isn't functionality like that in the tool at the moment, could be a good feature for development, noted down :)

In the meanwhile you kinda have to edit the output...
