Feature Request: Try and avoid scheduling non-recorded talks over each other #4

Whilst this would not always be possible, especially if a speaker changed their mind post-scheduling, it would seem preferable to have non-recorded talks not occur concurrently, so that a person wishing to hear two concurrent talks can at least do so with recordings.

This is a great idea, we can certainly add this as an optimisation target.
