Open Collective

This is a ticket request for the lib.reviews project to signup for Open Collective.

The FAQ page of lib.reviews says that you'll setup a way for people to make tax-deductible donations in the future. I think a good checkpoint for this was when your GitHub project crossed 100 stars.

Please create an account on OpenCollective, apply for a fiscal sponsor, and then update this repo's FUNDING.yml file so GitHub users can contribute to support lib.reviews tax-free

Why?

Funding could go to cover the server hosting costs. Funding could go to existing developers for implementing new features.

And, even if the current developers don't want to use the money, open collective would allow lib.reviews to accept funds which could be used to fund development from other, new community members. This would allow further development of lib.reviews through bounties on the numerous open tickets on this GitHub repo.
