I run that scene but it looks like the pic below

I use Unity2018.3.7f1 and MacOS 10.14.3

Hello.

It has something to do with the cameraDepthTexture.
I will check this on Macos and get back to you.

Hello again.

I just tested it with MacOS 10.12.6 and Unity 2018.3.2 and it all works fine.
(Metal and OpenGLCore)

what may lead to this wired situation?
I don't have your environment so my side always has the problem. However, if I switch to iOS platform and then run the scene, it looks like everything is fine.

It could be a Unity/MacOS driver issue.

But I will upload a new version in a few days where the shore foam is calculated with another method and I believe you should be ok.
