Search form in fullscreen doesn't show true overlay cover when mouse is placed on the site

Prerequisites

• I have searched for similar issues in open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
• I have troubleshooted my issue, and it still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Description

When the search form in fullscreen mode is in in the hover state the background overlay isn't as dark as I would like it to be. I've adjusted the overlay colour available in the module however this colour is only activate when you move your mouse off the website. As a test I've even set the colour to solid black but again the overlay only presents itself as its entered in the module settings when the mouse is moved off the website and into the very top part of an internet browser.

I've tried using inspect to see how a tint is being applied so I could adjust the CSS myself but I couldn't find how the code impacting the colour change when hovering on and off the website.

Steps to reproduce

Expected behavior

The overlay colour of the lightbox should always be the darker shade and the true colour entered Overlay Color settinhs in the search form module.

Isolating the problem

• This bug happens when only the Elementor (and Elementor Pro) plugins are active.
• This bug happens with the Hello Elementor theme active.
• I can reproduce this bug consistently by following the steps I described above.
