Prerequisites

  • I have searched for similar issues in open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
  • I have troubleshooted my issue, and it still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

Description

Hi there, I need to embed a Qgiv donate form into my website page: http://ecotz.org/donate/. I added the html code and the form is showing, however the bottom part is cut. Could you please advise on how to make the full form visible? I used Elementor to built the website. Please help me. Thanks.

The blog I need help with is: ecotz.org

Steps to reproduce

I added a HTML contained, and pasted the html code to embed the form

Expected behavior

I would expect the full form to show, instead it is cut in half with the bottom part not showing

Isolating the problem

  • This bug happens when only the Elementor (and Elementor Pro) plugins are active.
  • This bug happens with the Hello Elementor theme active.
  • I can reproduce this bug consistently by following the steps I described above.

Elementor System Info

I don't know what to write there, the html sent by Qgiv was this: <div class="qgiv-embed-container" data-qgiv-embed="true" data-embed-id="71071" data
-embed="https://secure.qgiv.com/for/elephantconservationorganization/embed/71071/" data-width="630"></div>
<script>(function(w, d, s, id){var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];if (d.getElementById(id)) return;js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;js.src = "https://secure.qgiv.com/resources/core/js/embed.js";fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);})(window, document, 'script', 'qgiv-embedjs');</script>

Agreement

  • I agree that my issue may be closed without action if it doesn't meet all the requirements.
