Good first issue Small, self-contained issue. Good for newcomers, and/or should be an easy fix.

What Happened?

Currently we do our own device name disambiguation which means we either have a name like "Wired" or the name of the device itself with no helpful in betweens like "USB ethernet"

Steps to Reproduce

Have two or more of the same kinds of devices like a PCI and USB ethernet device. See that in the sidebar you have the device name

Expected Behavior

We should use NM to disambiguate names so we get more helpful descriptions like we have in the network indicator

OS Version

7.x (Horus)

Software Version

Latest release (I have run all updates)
