Expected Behavior

Presentation API should find presentation displays, if the user is using multiple monitors, their other screen should be one of those displays.

Actual Behavior

Presentation API doesn't find any valid presentation displays:

Additional Information

This is an electron-related issue, not chromium.
Compiling a custom build of chromium retains the functionality of the presentation API [as shown in the screenshot above].
Build electron with the same custom build of chromium breaks this functionality. Is this because of chrome-sandbox?
