After uninstalling a program (even a portable one), traces remain in the Windows system. More precisely, here in the screenshot. Personalization>Taskbar>More taskbar icons. She stays here.

It looks like an issue with Inno setup installer and Windows 11. I'm not sure I can fix that.
You can go to regedit and remove all instances of "FFBatch.exe".

@eibol 3 pieces deleted, but this one is not deleted.
