Release v0.2.1

This version adds reference to the published research that the package serves as basis for and reference is added to DESCRIPTION. Includes minor changes to the documentation and vignette.

There were 2 NOTES:

  • New e-mail address for maintainer.
  • 'et al.' in reference in DESCRIPTION is flagged as possibly mis-spelled
