Crownqltechn Volume buttons not working, repeating text scrolls across screen

Description

Volume buttons not working, repeating text scrolls across screen (using star2qltechn image)

Note9 and S9+ are very similar so I figured I would try to use the star2qltechn image and it boots the UEFI menu and shell fine but the volume buttons don't work. I also tried inserting a bootable Windows 11 ARM usb drive to see if it would automatically boot to it but it still just goes to the shell.

Expected behavior: Volume buttons all menu selection

Actual behavior: Volume buttons do nothing
