There is lots of code duplication going on in the iOS test suite, especially with regard to the tests that use the embedded HTTP-server.

Todo

Bring test code duplication down to an acceptable level; in particular the embedded HTTP-server related code
Split up the test suite in separate files; e.g. unit and embbeded http?
