This is a follow-up of the quick fix in PR #842.

TODO:

  • Add CITATION.bib as in EDAM Bioimaging, including all relevant publications
  • Add .cff, so that both Zenodo archives and the abstracts/posters etc. work
  • Consider having just CFF, if it can provide nice BibTex and human-readable citations
  • Update when we have a newer extended abstract
  • Anything else?
