Adjust SBOL EDAM entry

The SBOL format entry (http://edamontology.org/format_3725) currently applies only to the SBOL2 RDF/XML format, and not the SBOL3 format, which allows all forms of RDF.

Per the discussion on SynBioDex/SBOL-specification#488, can we please have the definition adjusted as follows:

• Change "Synthetic Biology Open Language (SBOL) is an XML format" to "Synthetic Biology Open Language (SBOL) is an RDF format"
• Change the Documentation link to https://sbolstandard.org/datamodel-specification/
• Change subClassOf to RDF (http://edamontology.org/format_2376)

This will allow the SBOL entry to apply to both SBOL2 and SBOL3 formats.
