The link to https://vorto.eclipse.org/ on the tutorial page Describing a device with Vorto in 5 minutes doesn't seem to be working. The server is not reachable.
Tested from inside Bosch network on Windows FF as well as Android-FF on private network.

I am afraid this tutorial is out-of-date and no longer applicable after the official Vorto Repository was shut down by 30th June 2021 (see https://gitter.im/eclipse/vorto?at=60546ccfa7dfe1372ee33cb3).

So this means I have to clone the repo and run the docker to start a webinterface where I can create Vorto models (https://github.com/eclipse/vorto/blob/development/models/Repository_As_Editor.md)?
This seems to be a bit complicated and therefore discourages users from trying to get into Vorto.

And I would rather cut my right arm off, then to use the Eclipse IDE for DSL developers EVER AGAIN.

Or is there another alternative to create a Vorto model?

If you need validation and automation when creating the model, there is no other alternative AFAIK.
Could you describe the use case and how the model will be used?

I am starting with the Bosch IoT Suite and to use an edge device, I need to first create a corresponding Vorto modell. And I can not find a way to get into the Vorto modelling / can not create a Vorot model.

The described way from your link: Using the Vorto Repository as local model editor
was also not working for me.

Does it mean, that there are some errors and you could not start it, or it is not an option at all?

And I suppose you need this environment in order to have the automation and validation of models?
Have you considered creating the files manually?

There are errors when logging in / authorizing the oath app. I am currently in a Teams chat from the vorto project. Maybe they can help me.

I get "404 - page not found" errors when trying to log in with each login method. So i cannot even authenticate the app.

@BlackHawk1912, did you solve the issue?
Is the client_id from the URL match your client_id?
I was able to reproduce such 404 when my clientId was not correct.
