Link to the class GitHubScanner

methods fetch(long startTime, long endTime, FetchMode fetchMode, Set repos) and fetch(FetchMode fetchMode, Set repos) shouldn't share the name and should be documented.

Why overloading doesn't support the SOLID principle Open/Closed?
