Remove hard coded configurations and use the PIXITS approach. Configuration values should be stored into module parameter

* introduce PIXITS for CoAP conformance test suite
* now, there are two different cfg files: *CoAP_remote_coapme.cfg* runs against coap.me server and *CoAP_localhost.cfg* runs against the demo localhost SUT starting with the script
* make necessary changes in code base
* cleaning up some code
It is now possible to get the PIXITS (aka cfg file) from a third party and run the test suite without recompiling
