Description

The authoring plugins tutorial does not include the necessary plugin dependencies which are prerequisites to the Executing the Plug-in section.

The following is additionally required:

"@theia/plugin-dev": "next",
"@theia/plugin-ext": "next",
"@theia/plugin-ext-vscode": "next"
