More filters on project listing and reporting

Depending on the organizational structure, teams (group) work on different projects and/or components.

• List all projects of a group, including the number of open releases(=no license information) and releases with approved license information. (this is there)

• Having such filtering based only on groups is not sufficient. Using the Tag might be sufficient, but there shall be filtering working like that.

• List all projects of a selection (either group or tag) that have open releases(=no license information) only and are not inactive (or in phase-out state).

• List all sub groups (exppressed with tags), their total number of projects and total number of open (=no license information) and completed releases. -> this is a really new feature.
