The issue: The TextReaders doesn't read the description in the preference pages.
This issue can be reproduced with JAWS or Narrator TextReaders.

The reason of this issue is that the description label (createDescriptionLabel) that was created in the "org.eclipse.jface.preference.PreferencePage" doesn't get the focus.
