Fix org.eclipse.mylyn.hudson.tests

After reactivating tests with d94e166 we have +26 failures in master

Let's either disable them or fix them: master should be green to move forward.

Should I revert the commit (by mistake not tested in an separate Branch)

For now I reverted the last Commit so that I have more time to look how we can fix the 503 of the Jenkins Hudson Test Instances.
