Issue with Transfer Process

Hi all, I'm facing this issue with DataDashboard from one month till now. When I start the transfer process from the UI, this always remains in the "PROVISIONING" state; otherwise if I start the transfer process from the cmd it turns to the TERMINATED state.
(I've the MVD at EDC 0.3.1 version and the DataDashboard updated at the latest version). Has anyone else had this problem or has any idea what the reason might be?

Yes sure.
First I specify that I use an Azurite Local emulator where I have previously uploaded the asset used for the test.
These are the calls and answers by using the UI:

there's an error detail in the transfer process:
No Object Storage credential found in vault!
looks like the credential has not be uploaded in the vault, so the consumer is not able to create the vault that will be used to transfer the data.
(this question is more related to the MVD than the DD)
