Questions about workflow "Deploy" and "Run-Azure-Dataspace-Tests" workflow stuck

Dear Team,

I have finished the environment set up, but meet two problems need to help:

Q1. In readme, Once your environment is set up, Select the tab called "Actions". Select the workflow called "Deploy". But truth there is no "Deply" option as follow picture, I saw there was some changes in last December in Workflow. Then I run "run_azure_dataspace_tests", is this the right for the new version but haven't yet updated in Readme file?

Q2. When I run "Run-Azure-Dataspace-Tests" option, but seems stuck in the process of "Run Dataspace in Docker" as screen shoot below. Is here something I need to do or some other reasons? or do you have guide for this?
