unwanted example: null entries are added in the merged openapi.yml

Describe the Bug

The openapi-merger-gradle-plugin is adding unwanted example: null entries to the merged openapi.yml file, this happens when an example is not provided.

Doing this, every visualization (swaggerhub included) shows null response bodies.

Expected Behavior

To have that example: null not added

Steps to Reproduce

• create api specs with resolve task
• merge them with mergeOpenApiFiles
• see the differences between the single files and the merged one

Possible Implementation

I opened an issue on the plugin repository: kpramesh2212/openapi-merger-plugin#21
But while we are waiting for a fix we could apply a patch by removing all the example: null occurrencies from the merged files.
