Feature Request

Currently the management-api version is bind to the EDC one, but, as was described in this decision record: https://github.com/eclipse-edc/Connector/tree/main/docs/developer/decision-records/2023-11-09-api-versioning
they need to diverge and "management-api" should have its own version
