"Download" button for ControlNet filter outputs is sometimes unclickable

Describe the bug
There have been situations where I've had to use the DOM Inspector to pin the on-hover popup in the visible state before I can click the Download button because the popup behaves as if the click is causing it to lose focuse before the browser determines what the click landed on.

To Reproduce

I'm not sure how to reproduce it reliably. It just happens eventually if I'm spending enough time feeding images to OpenPose to see what interesting and novel interpretations of their poses SD will come up with.

Expected behavior
It should just work as expected 100% of the time
