For vietnam language the link is incorrect url

Incorrect url : https://github.com/dwmkerr/hacker-laws/blob/main/translations/vu.md

Correct url is https://github.com/dwmkerr/hacker-laws/blob/main/translations/vi.md

(vu.md vs vi.md)
