Deep Learning repository of VivaPlant, project developped during Bayer Hackathon 2021
Developped a mobile application that takes an image of a plant and predicts whether it is healthy or disease, and predict the specific disease.
The deep learning model was trained on AWS Sagemaker and deployed as a dockerized api on AWS ECS.
The model use transfer learning based on VGG16 with some more layers to classify plants diseases
