@Keenal Please do make the readme better, Also you can revamp the whole readme actually, currently the readme involves the concepts of DS Algo, but it is not needed, what you can do is just delete the whole readme and make a new one mentioning the current status of the entire repositories. Also use tables or so. Since this task will be much bigger, you can submit your PRs in small chunks so that you can also complete the required PRs for the Hacktoberfest. Let me know if you are upto this?

Alright, I can work on this! Could you please assign this issue to me so we don't have multiple people working on it? Thank you!

I have started working on it and I am taking a look at the repo currently. When you say you would like to have a status of the entire repository, what exactly do you mean? What kind of information am I adding besides each directory? Is it the number of open issues? I am thinking of making a table with 17 rows, each row represents a folder that you have created. I will assign this row with a status, however I am not sure how we are measuring the status of each folder?

The status means let say datastructures or algorithms section or DP section so what all things are currently in the repository. And now we have Android part so what all projects have been added.
