Add graphics instead of "Cards 1-9", etc., on the scoring screen #12

It would be a nice bit of polish to show card icons instead of the text "Cards 1-9" on the scoring screen

This could use complete thought around the scoring UX. After using this for about 15 games of Phase 10,

Sliders could use larger touch targets
Sometimes it would be nicer to just type the number instead of sliding
Enforcing a max of 10 across all categories
Signaling who emptied their hand first could both disable the sliders for that player and accrue to Indicate who goes first in round #17
